Yeah, when Matt Dillon had to save that lady's life...and I think her name is Thandie Newton. Not Jennifer Esposito...she was the hispanic lady. And I think she was supposed to be black, remember her husband was acting like a turd because she didn't know what it was "really" like to be raised black?

I have this bitterness for Crash, it stole the Oscar from BBM, but there were a *few* parts of it i found cool (Ang Lee's drama is far more subtle and effective for me)
The part where that brown chick (what was her race in this movie? i didnt listen very well) got stuck in the Overturned Car of Burning Doom and Matt Dillon had to pull her out. I loved the irony and the excitement, but other than that, hey, bring on the credits!

That scene when Matt Dillon tries to save Jennifer Esposito out from the car, despite she doesn't want to be rescued. Rarely I have seen so well characterized a personage, and in a such emotive way.

I liked the whole movie, but it is hard to pick a part I liked a lot because it was very hard to watch. I liked it when the dirt bag cop had to risk his life for the woman he harrassed earlier in the movie.

Has to be when lydicris realized he had a van full of immigrants and wouldn't sell them and let them free in familiar territory. Than he realized he had done a good deed and could hold his head up.
