I have a 2 month old girl as well and her poops are still green. She was very gassy and wouldn't take much formula (we were using Nestle Good Start) I called the doctor to make sure it was ok to switch formula and we're now using Similac Advance. She likes it a lot better.
Hopefully if she's on different formula, she'll sleep better too. Mine sleeps about 2-4 hours at a time and 5-7 at night..
Good luck!

Try switching formulas. Check with doctor first to decide which one. 9oz of milk should be enough for a 2 month old. My kids only drank 4 oz at that age, and they were chubby little things. Green stool is not completely abnormal. The number of colors that my kids pooped looked like a rainbow, but it could also be a result of her system not agreeing with the formula. If it is not the formula, it could either be colick or reflux. My older daughter had both, but she got over it within a couple of months. You doctor will advise you on how to treat her.

The green stool could be an infection. A friend of mine was 16 and wasn't feeling very well. Her stools became green and it turns out she got an infection from a pet turtle her brother had. She never picked this turtle up or played with it but somehow the germs were carried from one person to the other. It was very serious, so please take the baby to the doctor. This could be something very simple but if it's an infection it will only get worse until it's treated.

I'm the mom of 3 boys, the youngest is now 4 months old. One of the first things I learned with the baby is how different he is from his brothers! Very cranky and sounds alot like your baby. First thing I suggest is buying the "happiest baby on the block" book... normally I don't encourage that, but it really worked wonders!! Swaddling is also something I fully endorse, it helps ALOT with sleeping. 9 oz is a considerable amount for a baby that age, so don't worry about it being too little... Check with your pediatrician on changing formulas, she may be intolerant of milk-based. Above all, my BIGGEST advice, GO WITH YOUR INSTINCTS!! You know your baby better than anyone else, and generally, your instincts will be accurate. Good luck, and remember, take your cues from her!:)

Are you breast feeding?
babies absorb more of the breast milk at this age.
Formula its bout the right amount of food if your feeding her 5 times a day or so
and the color is normal for formula
if she isn't going poop, or has gas put some vaseline on a rectal thermometer and stick it in her butt, she'll fart and poop.
then feed her her food, she might need a diffrent formula less iron
or lactose free.
either way you need to
take her to the doctor
besides she's due for her 2 month check up anyhow.
good luck

Call her pediatrician and make an app immediatley. There may not be anything wrong but you need to be sure before trying anything. It may be the formula which some have suggested (green poop is normal for 2 months old) but its best to get a dr ok before switching.

You should try gas drops for infants like mylicon or little tummies and a good formula for gassy babies is similac advance and she should be getting at least 20 ounces of formula per day, if neither of those work in the next day or two you should definitely call your doctor.

About.com says that could be a sign of rapid colon transit, ie flying thru the large intestine. 'Course with the gas it could be more serious, like IBS.

The green stool is normal for that age, but it sounds like she is colicky so talk to her Dr. about it.
