Fender eliminators are easy to fit. Most fits for bikes come with the instructions inside the box, if not the manufacturer will usually advise you. Each bike will have it's own problems or it's own features that need taking into consideration. It's hard to tell you the right way with out knowing the make of the eliminator, the bike it's being fitted to, year , model, etc, etc.
Flush mounts are easy. remove the existing stalks and units, mark the wiring so you can indentify it, fit the flush mounts as directed on the packaging (usually) then connect the wires back up.
Most kits you buy will have manufacturer's support available.

I can.
But watch out for yourself.
Flush mounts are hard to see and you could get creamed.
Many states require fenders.
Some states, NH for example, require front fenders too.
I keep forgetting others don't ride in the rain. Fenders keep the crap on the road instead of up my back in a stripe.
