I'll give 10, although not necessarily in order:
Roberto Clemente
Bob Meusel
Dwight Evans
Willie Mays
Vlad Guerrero
Dave Parker
Ichiro
Tris Speaker
Joe Jackson
Ellis Valentine
I think Ichiro is the best of the current bunch, and I'd probably have Meusel and Clemente battling it out for the best of all time.

When choosing the best all time out field arms in baseball what you look for is not assited put outs but the lack of put outs that means that they wouldn't take the chance on running on their arm, that being said my choice would be, # 1 Dweight Evens hands down, #2 Roberto Clemente, thats it the best two arms ever thus far in base ball, there is plenty others out ther but none that could carry these guys cletes, honorable mention would go to, here is one nobody will mention Cory Snyder, Carlos Beltran, Dave Parker, Willie Mays, Paul O'neil, and of course and he just may be the third best ever in baseball Ishio. OOOO I just read the cardsfan responce, cardsfan you hit it on the nose Bo Jackson ould have been the greatest athlete ever had he had the chance, and he did have a great arm nad I remember seeing him throw a ball home from left feild in fenway a one bouncer to home, what made such a great throw was that he couldn't steo and throw because the center fielder came to back him up so when bo turned to throw the center feilder bent over and was to close so that Bo couldn't step , Bo still let that ball fly and just missed getting the runner out, i also saw Bo hit a ball about six hundred ft in a spring training game go call cardsfan Bo would have been hans down had he have stayed healthy one of the top five greastest baseball players, and certainly the greastest athlete ever.

Strength is not the sole factor when looking for the best throwing arm; accuracy is just as important.
1. Roberto Clemente
2. Al Kaline
3. Dwight Evans
I saw Al Kaline stand at the right field fence at the old Tiger Stadium and throw on a line to second base. Not normally a big deal, but this was at the 1988 Old Timer's Game and he was 53 years old at the time.

I know Clemente had about the Best but George Foster changed
the whole 1975 World Series by throwing out a runner at the Plate when there were no outs & base loaded, Willie Mays not only had an exceptionable arm but he had the speed and inner
compass to know exactly where to throw the ball.

Bo Jackson had the best arm I have ever seen, and I have watched all the great ones since the 50's....
Roberto Clemente,
Dave Parker,
Al Kaline,
Rocky Colavito,
Carl Furillo,
Jesse Barfield,
Dave Winfield
all great arms but I never saw one of them throw guys out at home from the warning track "on a tag play"...I saw Jackson do it twice...Yes I'm talking about a runner attempting to score from 3B on a sac fly...both throws were over 350ft, one would have been closer to 370 because he was on the warning track almost at the 385ft sign...Bo Jackson wasn't a great player, but every now and then he would do the impossible...

Ichiro Suzuki. He has the, arguably the BEST arm in baseball currently. It is a good thing that the Mariners put him in RF. That is a hard area to throw to home plate from. Did you look at the TYIB awards "Top Play of the Year" Mariners nominee? It is Ichiro getting a man at third out "zip throw" right from RF. You have to watch it if you didn't already.
