You're only 16, don't think so hard about everything.
Let it go.

You're pretty young to have so many plans AND so many worries! You're WAY ahead of yourself. Maybe you need to focus on the present and only pick 1 or 2 things to focus on in the future, as far as planning. If you can't calm your mind, try meditation and relaxation exercises.
Whenever your mind races, just sit in a quiet spot, take some deep breaths and imagine a favorite, relaxing place (Like Happy Gilmore!) , then concentrate on your breathing and repeat a single word, like "Relax" or "calm". IF other thoughts intrude, push them out mentally, using that word.
Then begin to concentrate on relaxing your legs, back, stomach arms, neck and work up to your face. Tense your muscles and then breathe out and let them relax. Imagine the stress leaving your body.
Soon, you will be relaxed and feel warm. Try to maintain this for at least 20 mins, as much as you need to. It's not a religious thing, though it CAN be if you want.
Another technique is the "Scarlett O'Hara" method (from "Gone With the WInd") Whenever she got worried and couldn't do anything about it, she'd say, "Oh, I'll worry about THAT tomorrow"! It really works, but you have to practice.
Try the site below for other ideas. Just remember, worrying about something accomplishes nothing! Good luck!

Your not alone. There is nothing great ever accomplished without some fear. I had that fear, it seems like such a long, long time ago. I thought about it.. and decided, hey! I'm a good person, I am just as good as anybody else who travels, and wants to learn. Why not just go? So, I did..and traveled for 9 years straight. Some places were definitely more comfortable than others, so, you will learn too.
Your fear(s)will disappear. You can do it!!!

Just look at the situation rationally and you will stop being afraid.
Fear is an instinct that protects us, sometimes it is a little too protective though.
If you move to another country what will happen?
Do you have problems making friends here?
The same theory works in every situation. Are the things you are afraid of real or just in your mind.

There is probably a root to your problem. When did you first feel this way. Did you have a lot of fear as a kid due to circumstances at home?
If so that is your problem. I felt this way too because I had a very scary childhood. I became a Christian and God dealt with it.

Here, have a seat,
There, now the first thing you should do is to think that I will cross that bridge when it comes and from now on I am going to enjoy my friends and everything else I'm involved with.
