Oral Commentary?

How would you start a oral commentary? How do you manage not to get all nervous and freak out? Lastly how do most people end their commentaries? By restating the thesis or...what?
I appreciate all the help since I'm doing mine the week after next week.

What I do......it helps me very much, when at home, I practice the actual presentation. I stand up and present as if I am right at the site. Everyday. This really helps. I do all the hand gestures, body language, tone of voice. Everything.
