Have you ever noticed that when ever you go into a chinese take away ,The chef always comes out of the kitchen and stares at you then goes back in again.
This not only happens to me but many of my friends have noticed it as well.
And ONLY in Chinese takeaways,
Anybody else noticed this bizarre behaviour

Does this only happen to you in the same takeaway. Maybe they are bored with looking at the wok that they come out for a change of scenery, they are probably not that interested in you and just come out to see what is going on. Try not to be paranoid, they probably think "every time I go out to the counter the customers are staring at me"!

It's not strange. It is sometimes customary. They remember how you like your take-out. They always come to the window to see my car (MINI). They love it!! Curiosity does not classify a person a bizarre person. If it bothers you this much. Ask? Don't be ugly about it, just ask. You may be surprised!!
