I thought it was pretty good, but it could have been better. Another classic "ER" episode where they are setting up plotlines to be hashed out/ more action in the next episodes. I did like the new nurse "Ben" (Kip Pardue). Other than "Malik" and "Yosh" (who only long-time "ER" fans will remember-he was on during the Clooney/LaSalle/Gloria Rueben era) ER hasn't really had a male nurse. Also, is it just me or is Morris becoming more of a legit character and not another "Mallucci" (WHO HE SO REMINDED ME OF SINCE THEY CAME UP WITH HIM). I am really looking foward to the next episode. ER HOLIDAY (THANKSGIVING & XMAS) EPISODES ARE ALWAYS GREAT. By the way, I really like the Gates character, but I kinda see him as Ross part 2. The charisma, a woman who he is crazy about (Ross-Carol, Gates-Neela), working with kids well (Gf's kids and homeless kids), clashing w/rules and being a renegade bc he wants to help. I can;t believe they didn't get Gates/Stamos on the show sooner (like season 8 or 9).

Eh...it was kinda anticlimatic. I would love to go more in-depth to Neela and Abby...it kinda seems like the producers sideline them sometimes. The whole Luka-Forrest Whittaker creepy character has gotten a bit old. I miss classic ER to be honest......it was never the same after Clooney left, then after Carter left it was obsolete for me....but I will continue watching.

I thought it was a waste of an hour.

The only good parts were the new guy (he was in Remember the Titans right?) and Morris standing up to the surgical guy (who needs to go back to Nickelodeon me thinks).

1. The way they keep dealing with the Forrest Whittaker character is just beating a dead horse (anytime we have to bring back a character that was never on in the first place I get annoyed).

2. The two "gay" storylines are annoying. Yes, as you can guess by my avatar, I am a Christian that believes that homosexual actions are against the Bible. That's NOT my point here. They just aren't doing anything of substance with those storylines. How obvious was it that Kerri was going to end up with her producer from Day One? How obvious was it that Pratt's brother was gay even before he was caught in the bathroom?

3. I really have a hard time believing that Neela is "over" the loss of her husband enough to be so deep into not one but two possible love interests.

The show has jumped the shark and needs to either do something real or leave well enough alone.
