5 PRESENTS 4 MY FREINDS.(THEY R 12 OR 13)2 BROTHERS(11),MY NEPHEW (3),SISTER(23)HER BF(25) AND MY MOM(38) AND DAD(43).CAN U GIVE ME 12 GIFTS 4 EACH AGE GROUP AND SO I DONT GO OVER 30 DOLLARS?

Go to the grocery Store....Buy a box of cards a book of stamps and buy the Santa Dollars....place in card....Tell them all something like "your number one with me!"

I don't think it's possible to give 12 gifts, that each will really enjoy, for $30. It's hard enough getting one gift for $5...
I would try to focus on family first.... the friends will understand. Then, when dealing with family, I would concentrate on the younger people. Nephew, younger brother, then sister, then mom and dad. After that, the boyfriend and the friends.
The kids won't understand if you don't give them a gift...they'll be hurt.
You're older sister, and her boyfriend, will understand if you get them a card...maybe offer 3 days of free babysitting for your nephew or something.
Your parents, will understand also.
On another note... Your parents may be willing to help you with the nephew and siblings presents.. they might buy something, and put your name on it like it was from you and your parents. I'm assuming they know you're in financial trouble...
Also: Find some work, or some chores to earn some extra $$$.

Movie tickets, fast food restaurants, small gift stockings with candy, hand lotions, etc. Shop well and you will find plenty of small stocking stuffer gifts to stretch your money.
