According to zoo laws, no zoo in the zoo federation will have one, as it is not a true breed, so you won't find one in the UK.
There are a few in the USA, and the latest one has just been born in a zoo in Siberia.

Today there are believed to be a handful of ligers around the world and a similar number of tigons, the product of a tiger father and lion mother. Tigons are smaller than ligers and take on more physical characteristics of the tiger

Ligers, Tigons... come on what kind of freak show are we posing to the nature of our planet!? Most zoo's ( that have the common decency to not expose these improper breeding habits ) do not have a Liger for display.

Go to Walmart. Buy Napoleon Dynamite. On the back cover there is an address in Yugoslavia for a animal rescue organization. Go to Yugoslavia.

I've only ever seen one, and that was on the tv, it was kept on an animal reserve in Africa. I dont think you will find one anywhere in the UK.
