I've gotten it from the local library, but I'm sure they have it at bookstores such as Barnes & Noble and Borders or Waldenbooks. If you don't have any luck there or at any comic stores, your best bet would be to buy online from Amazon or JustManga.com

did you get fullmetal alchemist manga in the own site and see the manga volume and then you get in the ebay and amazon can you get volume of the fullmetal alchemist

If you want to buy the manga you should go to amazon.com I just checked and they have a lot of the volumes.
