Hey, I have two questions about my newly installed comp.?

First, my computer is making this annoying 286ish (you what I mean) beeping sound. My speaker is working just fine~ i updated the soundcard driver and everything,, How do I remove this sound?

Secondly, I am using intel 845GV chipset and my graphic card is intergrated... I just noticed that the setting for it is messed up... All these days, I thought it was my monitor, but I noticed the same thing when I connected my compter to a higher end monitor which was working just fine... Colors are very blurry... greens are too bright, it's hard to see gray lines~ help me

I think mine started the same noise when I turned off the windows sounds. I would check that. Not sure about #2...

go to properties and run the defaults
