I typed like this:

First line: You have to take a sample test now.

Second line : ...sample test on reading strategies.

Is this wrong?

Can't I start the second line like this?

Is there any mistake?

The ellipsis are confusing, as stated. Also, that is a sentence fragment -- no verb present, which is also confusing.

You mean you started the second line with an ellipses? It's confusing, as it usually means some omitted text.

Try "This sample test is on reading strategies."
