"My Country 'tis of Thee", a popular US Song, which was almost the national anthem, is based on the melody of "God Save the Queen". It was considered the national anthem of the USA until 1931, when the Star Spangled Banner was declared the national anthem.. The Star Spangled Banner melody is based on a british drinking song. Francis Scott Key actually wrote the Star Spangled Banner before My Country tis of Thee was written, but the US used "America", also known as "My Country 'tis of Thee" for its national anthem for most of the 19th century.

Twins learn special rules about how to behave in the world based on their relationship with their sibling. For example, I know of one set of twins where twin one can only walk on the right of people because when she was growing up she would walk on the right, her sister on the left. Another set of twins I know, one sister can only wear certain colours because when they were growing up certain colours were allocated to each twin. She can not wear yellow or blue because that is her twin sisters colour's.

If you need to get rid of fruit flies, take a jar, put a peice of banana
with skin in the jar, cover it with plastic wrap with a rubber band to hold it on, poke small pin size holes in plastic. The flies can squeeze into the holes to get the banana but can't get out. Mmkay

Albert Einstein's last words before dying were spoke in the German language. Unfortunately, the nurse attending to him at the time did not speak German, and so nobody will ever know what his last words were.

helicopters can't fly over 300 mph because the advancing rotor blade (the side going forward as the helicopter goes forward) would break the sound barrier, causing a severe vibration, break the rotor assembly to pieces and the chopper would crash.
