Not really. It actually gets easier. The only thing is the length of time it takes to get from one to the other. That gets harder. From level 1 to 2 is like 250 points...but it seems to increase geometrically from there on.

Only in the beginning. It get's easier once you get to level 5, because answers and questions are unlimited.
