Well I was going to say the "double penitration," but it sounds like she has a fear. Why not prcatice the anal thing with her before the 3 some happens. Make it a point to let her know, you'd be doing the anal, not the other guy.
There doesn't seem to me to be a whole lot of different positions to try with 2 men. One inside, one in mouth! Or on ****.

Once I said "I do", there is no one else in my bedroom but my husband. You may want to think this through before doing...think about it...you, your wife and another man...now what will happen if your wife enjoys sleeping with this other man and decides to have an affair with this man? You would have brought that on yourself. Think before you act.
