Go see a doctor. You might be pregnant.

I am not a doctor so I cannot answer your question and even a doctor would need to run some tests on you to determine whether or not you are pregnant. There are a few options of what you can do:
- Call a dr. and schedule an appointment
- Walk into a free clinic and have them run some tests on you
- Take a home pregnancy test--there is a chance for a false positive or a false negative with these tests
- Wait for 8 months and see what happens.

I recommend calling your doctor and scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. Also you may want to start using 1 or more methods of birth control in order to prevent pregnancy. And most likely your cramps are caused from feeling stressed and torn about your current situation and if they are anything more a doctor will be able to help you out with a diagnosis.

I had those horrible cramps you are talking about when I first got pregnant with both of my kids. I would say you are pregnant, just based on my own experience. Wait until you are late and take a pregnancy test. Or, if you can't wait, they make tests that can detect the hormone up to 5 days before your period. Hope this helps and good luck!

Well, you could try taking a pg test. Chances are it will come out negative though due to lack of hormones at this time. The pain could be a baby. It was for me. I don't want to scare you, but what my pain turned out to be was a pocket of blood behind the placenta. It was only on one side and I thought it might be cysts or something. I went to my dr and they did tests, even a pg test, all came out negative. I scheduled an internal ultrasound because I was still having the pain. That's when I found out it was baby # 3 on her way and the pain was from a pocket of blood behind the placenta. My dr said he'd watch me close, but chances are my body would absorb that and it did. I now have a grand total of 3 kids. So, you can try to take a pg test if it comes out negative, wait a week then try again. In the meantime, I would suggest light activity until you know for sure and see your dr. Best wishes to you.

you know, ovulation sometimes creates cysts in the ovaries that will hurt like that. Especially if you are or have been on birth control.

I had that when I was pregnant and got an ultrasound to make sure the baby wasn't ectopic. It wasn't, just the cysts on the ovary.

It could be something as simple as that. But, only a doctor could say what was going on there.

EXCERPT FROM LINK BELOW:

Cysts may grow quietly and go unnoticed until they are found on routine examination. However, if they are ruptured (by sexual intercourse, injury or childbirth) and/or become large enough, the following symptoms may occur:

Intense abdominal pain (symptom in all types of cysts)
etc...

YES YOU COULD BE PREGNANT BUT THE ODDS OF THE OVERTHE COUNTER TEST ARE NOT 100% AT THIS POINT. THE ONLY WAY TO KNOW FOR SURE IS TO HAVE THE DOCTOR DRAW BLOOD. JUST WAIT AND LET YOUR BODY DO IT'S THING. IF YOU STILL FEEL THIS WAY ON TUESDAY OR SO TAKE A TEST. YOU WOULD BE MORE LIKELY TO GET A CORRECT ANSWER BY THEN. IF YOU TAKE ONE NOW CHANCES ARE IT WOULD BE NEGATIVE.

I am sure that you are pregnant. Congrads!!! All the symptoms are very normal. Take the test soon and you will know for sure. Paine in the side is OK. I had it when I was pregnant with my doughter and now she is pregnant and has it. Just take it easy for a while ,don't lift anything.

It sounds like you may be experiencing early pregnancy symptoms ... "implantation cramping" occurs when the egg is nestling into the uterus, and it can be painful ... it was painful for me. If you don't want to wait until you miss your period, you may be able to schedule a blood test with your doctor to confirm pregnancy. Best of luck!

I think it's too early to tell and you'll have to wait until you actually miss a period to try a test. It also could be that you're just stressing about the possibility and causing the symptoms to happen.
