Last X-mas I was pretty stoked over all the gnarly crap I got from mom, dad, and my older sisters. I got a guitar, amp, snow board, mountain bike, and a progressive scan DVD (top of the line...not that walmart crap LOL) Anyway, i also got SOCKS from my grandma. HAHA. You heard me right, my peeps, socks! I mean, hello!, this is the 2000s or whatever. I threw those away after she left cause I didnt wanna smash her feelings. But damn..u think she would have more sense...maybe not cause her brain full of cobwebs at this point! LOL! I still lover her though cause shes my blood and all....ANYWAY....

Nice expensive different flavored coffees. But I hate coffee. I smiled and said thank you. I told my friend about it and she got these strong scented candles that she hated. We swapped and never told the senders.

It must b nice to have so much to call NEW socks crappy and throw them away.Have you ever wanted for anything?Needed anything? I can tell you about the crappiest Christmas I ever had.My husband lost his job & I was put on disability.My kids {5 & 12} at the time had frozen pizza for Christmas dinner. Their gifts were quilts that I made from old clothes. So maybe I shouldnt even answer this question.

no answer just wanted to comment on your poor grandma my grandma always gave us socks and underwear for birthdays and Christmas and we loved it that's just a thing grandmas do. When my 4 kids were younger and I was struggling she made my day with those gifts as I couldn't afford to buy them myself. I know some grandmas that buy their grand kids zilch be happy you still have a grandma to buy you socks I wish mine was still her on the 5th it will be 12 years and I still miss her very much you must be very young and you sound very materialistic get poor grandmas socks out of the trash. May you someday grow to appreciate such kindness

I would just be glad to have my grandmother around at christmas, and to be honest i wouldn't give a sh*t what she bought me! yes, this is the 2000's, but grow the f up! at least she thought of you! i HATE ungrateful people! and the whole thing bout wal mart, why don't you try to impress someone else because yours was "top of the line, not the wal mart crap'. like i said before....who gives a shi*, its the thought that counts. i think it is too bad you anly love your grandma because she is 'your blood and all'

why???;ast year, i got sockes, an ugly pink gap sweatshirt, a pillow, an ipod (yay), some DVDs, and thats only some of it, but i dont complain. you should be happy that you actually got SOMTHING. i mean really, imagine having to live alone, and no one give you anypresents for christmas. i still think its wayyy more better to get SOCKS then NOTHING.

A red polyester, zip-front, floor-length housecoat with big brightly colored parrots and jungle foliage on it. From my dad, who portentously told everyone he thought is was "the most beautifullist robe" he had ever seen. He had quite the vocabulary.

for my birthday a couple months ago, my in laws gave me a knockoff dooney and bourke purse they bought in mexico that i could fit a damn turkey in, and it just so happens to be every single color that is not included in my wardrobe. and i thought that morning sickness and too much alcohol were the only things that made me want to vomit... anyway, i only used it a couple times when i knew i'd be seeing them, then i lied and said that the strap broke.

I have to say the worst one I can remember was from my husband! A few mother's days ago he bought me a mum flower/plant. Get it a mum for mum's day. He thought it was cute but I was annoyed and made sure he knew it! lol
