In some states - like here in North Carolina it is illegal to have sex with someone who is married and you can sue the person who slept with your spouse. Thought about it actually but it would have caused more problems with our divorce and she wasn't worth it. I know also if you cheat in the military you can get into trouble. Depends on your state - do an internet search.

Yes, but you need some very valid proof. Pictures have a mild chance of working, but video is the best. Then the "bad egg" has to pay alimony or some crap. Good luck hope you catch em

I don't think so. It is the married one who is cheating. Why would you want to get the other one in trouble.

NO but you can take pictures to prove it...give them to there mate....then the mate can separate with them and use the pictures to there advantage in court,for child custody,the house,the car etc....That's commiting biggotry,there's no sentence legally for it but it could cause them to lose everything in court........AKA...ruin there live HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
