How do you increase your chances in recruiting a Pokemon in the game Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?

Question

i'm having a hard time recruiting. I have 3,400 something rescue points and have lv 40 pokemon (also, where do you fing a friend bow?)

Okay so some people I have read don't know what you are talking about but I do so here is the break down every ten levels your Pokemon has a better chance of recruiting Pokemon and this is true for both Red and Blue Pokemon Mystery Dungeon from

1-10 0%
11-20 0%
21-30 10%
31-40 12%
41-50 14%
51-60 16%
61-70 20%
71-80 22%
81-90 26%
91-100 30%

And then with the Friend Bow the chances increase for insistence there are only Pokemon you may catch at level 90 with out the Friend Bow and with it you can recruit some second form Pokemon at level 50...

Where/How to get the Friend Bow...

After beating the main story line of the game go to Wigglytuff and buy the Legendary Island Friend Area
This allows you to recruit Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres witch you will need to do in order to get access to the first of 3 Islands in witch you will fight at the end and need to beat them Raikou, Entei, and Suicune. (Ho by the way this is a long adventure... spinda will help guide you throgh... ) After beating the last dog (yes it is a dog Pokemon I am not making fun of it) this feather will turn into the "Rainbow Feather" and you will gain access to Mt. Faraway in this jorney bring a key found in Wyvery Hill and on the 30th floor of this Dungeon there is a locked door in witch you need to get through make sure no sticky trap makes the key useless other wise this can't open the door... anyways I would carry an Ecape orb with you and ecape right after you have this and save your game because the remaning levels are long...

2ed reason why you need this Friend Bow... you know those lovely Kecleon... Well you need to be at least level 90 with the Friend Bow being held and incounter one in a Dungeon Kecleon Shop and steall from them keep holding the Friend Bow and defeat all Kecleon in site WARNING being considered a thife this pokemon tripple the speed and deal some damage fore they to are at level 90 and the recurit rate even with the Friend Bow is 0.028 out of 1.00 so only 2.8% Good luck if you need any other help e-mail me at [e-mail] with the subject box reading Pokemon Help!

Oh, guy! What a annoying question. i used to have the potential to respond to with Ninetales... yet there are much greater that have grown on me because of the fact that. I nonetheless love Ninetales. yet Eevee and Squirtle are rather wonderful, too. and that i'm prepared on Gardevoir and Flareon, and Milotic. Dragonair's rather gentle, and Grovyle is rather as much as velocity besides, in my e book! Pachirisu is beautiful, and so is Buneary. to no longer point out Chandelure and Serperior and Mienshao...

well go to your friend area and battle the pokemon again (eg:zaptos)after you win zaptos will join you.
