How do I know If my regular 56k PCI Modem is a fax modem.?

I have a dell Dimension 4600 and A dell A920 printer. Please tell me if my current 56k PCI modem is also a fax modem. Please also tell me how i can find that out.

if your modem is less than 5 years old, it is a fax modem. click control panel>printers & faxes>setup faxing.
