used to have a constant nightmare that when I was walking down the street ducks would jump up and get hold of my hands and their beaks would really hurt my fingers. I would shake and shake them off, and they would eventually lose their grip and fly off.
Finally I worked out a solution in my sleep, and wore gloves in my dreams, and I stopped having the nightmare.
I always woke up exhausted

Sometimes I've had ones so bad that I still felt scared even after I woke up. Most of the time, I feel relieved because I realize it was all just a dream.

I have had several nightmares.
One of them was so frightening that I will never forget it.
I was walking with a man in a cemetary and we came to 7 empty graves. He told me to choose one but not the one at the far right.I jumped in one and landed on a long bed.On the end that the man told me not to choose there was a girl.At first I felt nothing but then thios girl started to ask me can I scream and started getting closer and closer to me.I felt alot of evil coming from her. Finally she was right beside me and said no I mean really scream!I was screamin alwright!I wook up with my head hanging over the side of the bed screaming!
I was relieved when I wook up!

I've had many nightmares. Sometimes I wake up exhausted, or sad, or frightened....any number of emotions can be present, but it's always a relief to wake up and actually realize that it was nothing more than a bad dream.

I have sad dreams like breakups and family death. Ya know the ones, tear jerkers where you wake up sobbing and it takes awhile for ya to feel yourself? I am SO relieved when I get back to the waking world.
And then therer was this one dream where i was an FBI agent working with the X-Files. Funny I haven't had one of those in awhile.

When I have a night mare I would wake up very scared and nervous. Usually I can't get back to sleep but some times I can. when my sister has bad dreams she would go in to bed with my mom or with me. It is kind of annoying because she would use that exuse to sleep with mom or dad or with me. I would never fall for it any more. so I can actually sleep in PEACE. Some times I would feel like it happened to me which I no it did not. some times I think it will come true soon
