f-f-g-f-b flat-a
f-f-g-f-c-b flat
f-f-f (an octave higher), d-b flat-a-g
e flat-e flat-d-b flat-c-b flat

This is a decent key to play it on the clarinet. If you start using a really low f (the one that uses all of your fingers. I'm sure you have access to a fingering chart), you don't have to go 'over the break', which is to play notes above the b-flat on the middle of the staff. This is tricky for beginners to do.

Of course, I have no idea what skill level you're at! I can put it in any key you want, if you ask, but there you go, the notes for happy birthday. I'm sure you can figure out the rhythm.

Any questions about the clarinet, you can e-mail me at princess_jessica16@hotmail.com. This instrument's a tricky beast.
