Chew on this quote by Reinhold Neibuhr ~
God, Grant me the Serenity to Accept the things I can not Change, Courage to Change the Things I can and the Wisdom to know the Difference.
I believe this philosophy will help to cure the sadness and stress... Becoming CHARMING, thats a matter of relativity.

Forever???
Pray for the return of Jesus...!
Here and Now?
Pray for the return of Jesus...!
Pray for your fellow inhabitants here on earth!
Every evening write down three blessings.
when I first started doing this my blessing were in this order.
I can walk.
I have rice in the cupboard. (I wont starve)
I am breathing.
I laugh now because I was so shortsighted.
Volunteer for one hour, one day a month for a cause you care about. This is not supossed to add 1 more thing to your busy life just more thing to your soul. It will also help you recognise your blessings.
Put at least 5 dollars in a saving account each month, every month no matter what! Then never touch it! This is peace of mind. Then pay a little on every single bill you have no matter what each month, even if it is only a dollar. This is integrity.
Finally, smile at every single person you see for the first 4 hours of every day. Smile even if they do not smile back, smile even if they are rude, smile even if you have to force it! This is charming.
Do these things every day without fail and without fail you will become HAPPY-Stress less- and Wonderfully Charming.
Go get-em prince!

When I am stressed about something, I go for a long run while thinking. Sometimes I like to pretend that I am living a life where everyone is envious of me.

accept yourself and the world around you. do not try to change others. change your perceptions in order to be a more loving person. look for the beauty in everything and when you see it, the beauty will shine off of you. to eliminate stress, fear nothing and never worry. most things you are incapable of changing so fearing them or worrying about them is useless. don't want things. just let go. float in the ocean of happiness.

You cannot ignore your pain. If you do, it will still be there subconsciously. First of all I'd seriously build a relationship with Jesus Christ. He gives me EVERLASTING joy.. that is what truly makes life worth while. Alot of ppl ask me why I'm happy, and thats the reason. In the midst of all the crap that goes on in my life sometimes, I can still find happiness in Jesus.
