I am six months pregnant and my childrens father has my other 3 children and I don't know where he took them. They are in another state. I am supposed to start paying child support starting 12/1/06 and I don't have a job yet. I don't know where my children are. I filed for visitation and the court said if they don't know where he is they can't serve him papers. If you are supposed to start paying child support, you must have a child support order. What county and state was it filed in? If it was where you are, go to the courthouse and look at the civil file; it's public record. You can get alot of information from it. If it was filed in another jurisdiction, its where he is.

First arrange for your unborn child to be adopted. You are in no position to be a mother. Clearly, you were denied custody in the first place because you are unfit - and you can't even pay the court ordered child support.
You couldn't pay the child support anyway if you didn't know where he was, so you must have some idea - but in any case, I don't think you should go near the kids again; it doesn't sound like you have anything to offer them.
Think of what's best for them, not what you want.

go on disability, get housing, get food stamps. go to food panmtires for food and clothing, ...get an appioiuntment with an advocate from socail services from your county, make an appointment in the DA's office toi chagrge ghim with kidnapping, si it will be a 50 state search.
