Hers will be custom made no doubt, however i'm sure they'll start bringing them out soon. I've been after something like this for ages. (saw madonna with something similar last year)

This was probably made to order so, to get a reproduction, just contact your silversmith and ask him to copy the jewellery.

Look inside the magazine and see if they say where you can find it. Also look on evesaddiction.com, they carry many styles that look like the ones stars wear in magazines.
