I like to recycle the jars, but sometimes I can't get the wick holder out. If the glass jar is thin, I usually break it.

i usually just fill the glass candle holder with hot water from the tap and let it sit for a bit most comes out easily and what doesnt can be scraped easily with a butter knife

Set the jar on a grill on top of the stove and W A L A the rest of the wax a metal wick melts away. Then wash the jar and re use it the way you wish. I do this all the time especially if the jar is nice and pretty. Good-Luck !

No glue, it's only wax. Heat up the jar and melt that wax.

Glass that is THAT thin shouldn't be used to hold candles. VERY dangerous.

I put the jar in the freezer overnight and then use a butter knife to pop that thing off the bottom. It usually works.

They are usually just melted onto the jar. Boil the jar in a pot of water, it should dislodge itself.
