I have degree in math(B.Sc) and I have been teaching math in high school in Turkish -Turkish is my mothertongue-but I want to teach math in English.How can I get teaching licence from US or Canada?

It depends on the state. I know that for Texas if you have a Bachelor's degree you will have to take the TExES exam in your subject areas - for you, Math. I'm not sure if you will have to take the Professional Pedagogies and Responsibilities (PPR) test or not, it depends on whether or not you are a certified teacher in your native country.

Actually, I think it's spelled "licence" in Great Britain.

First you should study english and spelling.
licence should be spelled license.
