You probably would be better off waiting a while. Some people change in college. Get more acquainted with life before you commit to someone. Get to know yourself better first. If the two of you are really meant to be together then it will happen.

It would only be a mistake to marry him if you didn't want to.
That being said...
It would make so much more sense to wait until you finish college. Then you'll have more time and options. You have to consider living arrangements, class schedules, expenses, etc. The first year is the hardest...that goes for college and marriage. That combination could prove to be tough.
Just take your time and think about it.
If you wait, will he still be there?
If not...why would you marry him anyway?

dont get married so young you might regret it. both of you guys dont even have your lives on track and you wont have any stability, money and it will be difficult for a young couple. just stay together and wait till you finish college and have jobs, dont forget in america 50%of marriage ends in divorce im sure you dont want that. good luck and make a smart decision

You should at least wait till after you both get an education and good jobs (careers) before getting married so you are better prepared for a family life.

You should wait until after you go to college and get your degree. If you both love each other you can wait. Going to college is important. You are young and you don't have to rush to get married.

Wait, Put on the brakes. You should wait. Too many kids like you end up getting married, then end up regretting it later. Go to college and meet college guys. There are lots of them waiting to take you out.

If you want to understand the real concept of marriage, go get some pre-marital counseling. You'll soon realize that it's not all about romantic fantasies, it's a life-long commitment and the odds aren't in your favor.

as people grow they change or evolve who you both are today may not be who you will be later. Hold off for a while. Let both of you become the individuals you are supposed to be before you combine yourselves to one another.
