it really doesn't take much effot to hand you a paper towl or to give you a pump of soap. how much is that worth?
what about if you take a breath mint or shot of cologne/perfume?

I usually toss in at least dollar or two. I feel bad for them having to sit in a restroom all day listening to toilets flushing, etc.
