God is not human and does not have a skin tone. God in human form, Jesus, was Jewish and thus would have an olive complexion.
The Bible clearly teaches that things like sexism and racism is wrong. It doesn't explicitly teach this though. Look into it and you will find Jesus would have been for equal rights for all with the church and an ideal world.

God is light. Light is the accumulation of all color. Black is the absence of color.
