I'm planning on getting Creative Gigaworks Pro Gamer G500 speakers for my PC. My current sound card is an integrated sound blaster audigy advanced HD audi. Shall I stick to what I got, or do I need a better sound card?

Integrated sound cards are so good nowadays that there is hardly any need to buy a separate card. Since you already have a pretty nice sound blaster audigy card, those speakers won't benefit much from the upgrade. I'd say you have a good enough card.

In my experience of the hi fi world and using such speakers with my computer you would do far better to spend the money of speakers rather than a sound card especially as you have a good one already.
Enjoy.......

You could surely give it a shot with your current integrated sound and see what its like. If it doesn't seem like you're getting the max out of your new speakers, you could look into one of the X-Fi line of cards.

It depends, if you want something with 5.1 or 7.1 surround then mabey, but other than that, your sound card should do just fine.
