looking for one that is 120v but the catch is I would really like to get one that can be switched to fan only setting. but a list of available heater manufacturers would be great.

I would check the local building codes before investing in an "in wall" heater. MANY areas have made them illegal due to the fire hazard or REQUIRE that they be professionally installed for the same reason.

The easiest way to find out what brands are sold in your area is to call a local heating contractor. (This is an item I would NOT buy on-line, as getting service could be very difficult if it is something the local contractors are not familiar with.)

In MY area while they ARE legal, very few are installed due to the "insulation reduction" if they are in an outside wall, which appears to be the place most people want them.
