When are you able to recruit evolved froms in the game Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?

I can never seem to recruit any evoled forms.

interesting, i already beat the main storyline, but i still thought that you can recruit evoled froms....

There's a simple reason for this. You can't recruit the evolved forms. In order to get them, you have to evolve your own Pokémon. to do this, you'll need to beat the main storyline. Once you've done this, head to Whiscash pond and you should find an entrance. You can only enter one at a time though. Try to head on an adventure and your partner will activate that ability. It should say on the pokémon status whether it's ready to evolve or not. If it is, go into the cave alone and it should happen. for some pokémon, you'll need to give an item in order to evolve though.
