if you can, get up, walk around or go outside for a breath of fresh air, get something to drink, wash your face with cold water. You can make it, just 2 more hours..........good luck...and TGIF

Drink several cups of cold water. The cold will wake you up and going to the BR will keep you awake. Then, the reason you get the drowsies is because your blood sugar drops at that time of day. Get rid of sweets and eat fresh fruit for snacks and a lunch of protein, vegs and fiber e.g., spinach salad with grilled chicken strips and ww pita bread. Drink decaf teas, iced or hot, water or fruit juice. After a few days of this, you'll be ready for overtime!

Stand up and stretch.

Go to the restroom and splash your face with cool water.

Step outside and take a few deep breaths.

Get some coffee if there's some available.

Make a pot of coffee. Or do some squats in your office. Make sure everyone can see, so you can entertain and wake everyone up! LOL Good luck.

Take a pencil and stick it on your hand, or drink a cup of coffee which is more easy, and less painful to do :)
