When you try to understand things on a deeper level, there are no bad and good , but done and undone...

We have the longest lifespan and the highest standard of living in the history of the world. We are healthier than any population in the history of the world. We travel more, eat more, and know more than any ancestor. I can talk to someone in India or Australia as easily as I can talk to someone across town. I can be in any city in the world in 20 hours. I can eat any type of food within an hour. I can access any information I need at the touch of a key board. Major diseases as recent as a century ago wiped out major populations are cured with a pill or shot. My drinking water is clean, my food is safe, and cars have never been safer. This is the most educated generation to exist. Slavery and torture are at a world wide low, and human charity is at an all time high.

I'd say things aren't all that bad.

Let me tell you how bad things really are...

The human race took until 1825 to reach a population of 1 billion.

By 1925 (only 100 years) we were at 2 billion.

50 years later (1975) the count was 4 billion.

We are currently at about 6 billion and counting.

By 2050 the low guess is 11 billion the high guess is we will be at 14 billion and we will have to have a planet twice to 3 times our current size to support everyone...

(That is of course if we don't nuke a few billion first)

what do you think ???

Yes, yes they are. Just like nearly everyone else in showbiz, Pacman is Jewish. Money is not the root of all evil, but Pacman is. Too much money can make you talk nonsense, but too little money can have the same effect. Facts and statistics can mean anything, but they rarely do. Which is why as you spend your time here on earth, you should always keep your fingers crossed that you don't mess up Pacman's day.

There is a lot of bad and a lot of good. No matter how bad things get I still see the good things and cling to them until the bad things are gone.

Take care,
