Yes, there is a hack you can install. Go to www.modthesims2.com and on the messageboard they'll have the link to the cheat, its called inseeminator, and you'll need to download them according to what all expansion packs you own.

There is no code. For some reason or another, I have tried this but to no avail; teen Sims will not get pregnate as normal teens can in real life.
