Alienware PCs are NOT built by Microsoft - they're built by Alienware, which is owned by Dell. They are overpriced for their performance - I've owned one and it was a huge ripoff. I highly recommend learning about building computers and building a gaming computer yourself. This will be a lot cheaper than buying one premade. However, if you're not at all interested in this, I would recommend the Dell XPS line (also pricey), or if budget is of no object, a Falcon Northwest or Voodoo PC would be the top of the line.

Yes the best would to be to build one you're self. If you do not know how get someone to build it for you.
Reason: You can pick what you want in it Hard drive (for space for games), Graphics card ( To get maximum performance) etc.
I am not going to say it will be cheaper or more expensive. Because it depends on what you put in it. It is also easier to upgrade you're computer because you know exactly what is in it.

Alienware PCs are the best. Good gaming PCs are very expensive! be prepared to pay over $2000 for a good one.

alien ware computers are one of the best. They are made by microsoft so of course they are pricy but you could check out desktops and laptops on www.alienware.com
