I wouldn't recommend inducing your own labor at all with anything, She doesn't want to take anything that could potentially harm her baby. If she wants to be induced, have her ask her OBGYN Dr. and it is safest under a Dr's care.

I have always heard of sex, but I dont know? I will be trying prolly in about 5 or 6 weeks. Good Luck!!

Sex, Castor Oil Cocktail, Spicy/ Mexican food. The Sex one worked for me... The morning of me and DH had just finished and an Hour later I was at the hospital in labor! The recipe for castor oil cocktail is...
one large glass of orange juice mixed with three teaspoons of castor oil and one teaspoon of baking soda. This gets foamy and goes down easier.

well I had sex 3 times in a row and then I took my sons beach ball and bounced on that for about an hour..and wouldn't ya know..2 hours later my water broke!! Ask your doc first GOOD LUCK

Yes, tell her to talk to her doctor first, because many home remedies can be fatal to the baby!

don't try caster oil!! its does not work but it will make her have to use the bathroom alot!! the only way i think would be to have sex and walk, walk and then maybe go for a bumpy ride.
