Should I start Reggie Brown, Sonte Stallworth or Chris Chambers for fantasy?

Chambers against Jackksonville
Reggi Brown and Donte Stallworth against Carolina.

Definately not R. Brown his sliding downhill, quickly.
I think between Donte Stallworth and Chris Chambers I'd lean towards Stallworth.
Chambers has had a terrible year, and Harrington seems to have taken a liking to Booker. So, even though Garcia isn't great, I like Stallworth and his potential.

Chambers- Harrington is playing well (yes, amazing) and the Philly passing game is awful without McNabb.
