Hate is a very strong word to say about someone. Why don't you just say you disagree with him.

Because too many just stick their finger in the wind and go by popular view even when popular view is based on minimul knowledge of the situation. It's a fine line to draw. Remember the president is supposed to LEAD...not turn around and ask for a show of hands at every turn. Unfortunatly I also beleive a wise leader should remain open to the possibility that his position might just be wrong.....and in that, it bothers me that he doesn't seem to be willing to listen to even alter his point of view. I mean each and every decision he makes is far more complicated than what many of us realize. And yet there's some that seem so apparently easy that they make it more difficult than necessary. Even though I respect him, I have severe doubts where he is taking us in other areas. It's like he's overstepped his bounds, even as a leader, to a place I'm not sure America as a whole wants to go. .

because it is rare today to have anyone walk the walk and talk the talk. Right or wrong he stands behind what he thinks
Bush stands behind his convictions and not ruled by polls and what way the wind blows as the Democrats do

Because he stands strong and doesnt back down. He says what he is going to do, and then actually does it. If it wasnt for the Bush administration, we may have had a few more planes crashes. He is keeping us a lot safer than we were. Unless you have actually walked in his shoes, dont cut him down for what he is doing. What would you do if you were in his shoes???? Probably not much, since you just like to hear yourself talk.

Exactly. How many would support slavery and their proponents (who did not see anything wrong with it) ? How many would support KKK (who did not see anything wrong with it) ? How many would support Hitler (who believed he was doing the right thing) ?
Also, if anyone supports Bush, fully knowing Bush is wrong, because he stands behind his convictions, they should also support terrorists. Terrorists also stand behind their convictions, even more than Bush.

Bush has no convictions. He is simply a puffed up politician who has overrated his own value. Actually I feel sorry for him sometimes. He's being pulled in many different directions and may really have lost himself in the process. At this juncture, he knows he has but little time left as president.
In the meantime, he continues to flail about mindlessly, with no place to land.

Well after 8 yearws of a guy that ruled by taking daily polls and would even change midday, it is refreshing. BTW, you have to acknowledge he was wrong. I think he was right in all but the way he went into Iraq, I would have bombed them all for 4 months and then dropped all the old chemical agents we have on them. Death to them all.

Because it shows a steadiness of personality that doesn't succumb to popularity polls. Who are you to judge whether or not his ideals are wrong.
You might disagree with him, but perhaps you're wrong. Did you ever consider that?
