there is a lot missing from this question. Were you ovulating? If you had your period 14 days before and you had intercourse then, then you have to wait until you miss the first day of your next period. Or you can have a blood test 7 days after ovulation

It takes 6 to 12 days after conception for a fertilized egg to travel to the uterus and attach to the lining and begin developing. So you should wait about two weeks after ovulation to take a pregnancy test. Since females usually ovulate about two weeks before their period is due, pregnancy tests allow females to test around the time their period is due, which would be two weeks from conception.

Usually about 3 weeks. But there are a lot of different tests out there. Most of them measure hormone levels... some are more sensitive than others, requiring less time before initial detection is possible.

there is a test I believe it's first response that will test up to 5 days before your expected period..however it is always best to wait till you actually miss your period..when your hormones are higher! GOOD LUCK

I would wait to see if you skip your next period, but if you want to know right away, you can go to your doctor and get a pregnancy blood test.

It is best to wait until your next period.. It's usually to early to detect anything yet.. Take it from me.. My doct. told me to wait until the third week for accurate results..
If you can't wait, you can try the early response home tests.. or have a blood test done.
Good Luck!
