I've been having problems with waking up in the middle of the night covered in sweat for no apparent reason. My boyfriend is the same way. I go to bed after him, but when I climb in, I have to take the covers off him because he is covered in sweat. We have the fan from the AC on all night as well as an oscillating fan and it's wintertime where we live, so why is this happening? I thought it was because we get hot in the middle of the night from the heat being turned on (by our apt complex) but I have tried sleeping in nothing just so I can hope that I don't wake up all covered but it hasn't been helping. Can anyone help pinpoint the reason and maybe a solution?

What a relief! I haven't been sweating as much as I did for more than 3 months now. I have thrown all my antiperspirants straight into the trash. Who would have thought it was so simple to eliminate excessive sweating, all without prescription medications...https://tr.im/StopExcessiveSweating

* Excessive sweating occurs without such triggers. Persons with hyperhidrosis appear to have overactive sweat glands. The uncontrollable sweating can lead to significant discomfort, both physical and emotional. When excessive sweating affects the hands, feet, and armpits, it is called primary or focal hyperhidrosis. In most cases, no cause can be found. It seems to run in families.

If the sweating occurs as a result of another medical condition, it is called secondary hyperhidrosis. The sweating may be all over the body or it may be in one area.

* Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis may sweat even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. Sweating helps the body stay cool. In most cases, it is perfectly natural. People sweat more in warm temperatures, when they exercise, or in response to situations that make them nervous, angry, embarrassed, or afraid.

Do you happen to use a down comforter? I'm always incredible hot because of our down comforter. We also used to live in an apartment where the building controlled the heat and sometimes in the dead of winter I'd have to crack open the window in the bedroom because it got to hot.

I get really sweaty when doing the wild thing--I apologize, its my fault. I have been sneaking into your apartment and secretly doing it with you while you were asleep. I am dripping all over you so that's my sweat you are feeling. Is that OK?

Perhaps you have invisible horny ninjas in your house that screw you in your sleep.

Or, you could just be having nightmares without remembering them.
