The best way to do it is to use iTunes, it is also one of the few legal ways to do it.

Alternatively, you can use a bittorrent application (such as http://azureus.sourceforge.net/) and go to http://tvrss.net/shows/ to get a list and location for the shows. Do Note that it is probably illegal to download TV shows from torrent sites.

Personally, I find the simplicity and convenience of iTunes hard to beat.
