happiness is a state of mind...i think its being contented with what u have and what situation u are in. there's no such thing as complete happiness but if u are contented with your life and u are not constantly getting frustrated with everything around you then you can be happy, but like i said...complete or constant happiness is impossible, there will always be ups and downs in life that we have to deal with as normal human being with feelings and emotions but as a whole...happiness is not being miserable, frustrated or angry.

Being grateful for the things that you have and showing appreciation to the ones that we love is a good indicator of happiness. It's not about walking around in a perpetual state of bliss like a grinning idiot, but about little moments of joy that we can all see and experience every day.
For a taste of happiness, go to the link below and see if you can find it in your own life. It's right there...

I think happiness is a feeling of contentment. It is not a continuous state. You can be happy at the moment. Tomorrow you might not be.

I truly think that happiness is that feeling that you get when you see a guy/girl that you like, when you get a grate grade on something, when you accomplish a goal, when you go out with the guys/girls you hang with, and that feeling you get whenever you do something nice to someone who really needed it.
