Try downloading Winamp, which can be found here:
http://www.winamp.com/

Once you've installed the program, run it and go to:
View > Media Library

From the menu bar on the left, find Shoutcast TV.
Follow the prompts to set it up - it takes about 30 seconds and doesn't cost anything. There's pretty much always about 6 channels running The Simpsons or Family Guy all the time. Of course, there's always YouTube, Google Video, and Yahoo! Video as well.
