Near the end when the ball was fumbled by Baltimore catching the kick and Ethan Kilmer recovered why didn't they give him the touchdown, I never saw him downed.

It wasn't that he was ruled down. The rule is that the ball cannot be advanced after a muffed punt. According to the rule book, an advancement of the ball after a change of possession can only occur when possession actually took place. I guess they don't consider a muffed punt possession. It's almost like an onside kick.

I was at the game. You can't advance a MUFED Punt. Stupid Rule but Its a rule.
