They complain about women losing their "feminity" because they are becoming more powerful in society and getting more influential and more confident. They feel threatened by women who have contrasting opinions and whine like little girls when a woman manages to do better than them and they claim that they aren't feminine at all but trying to be a man. And they insist on behaving and looking like cavemen and call guys who are good-looking, well-dressed, eloquent and cultured "sissies" or "gays".

Men who feel threatened by a smart woman cannot really call themselves a "real man." But, a woman can still be smart and have a nice career and keep her ladylike ways and manners. You don't have to act like a man to make it in a man's world.
