Ordered and paid for a TV from active website - never received it. To whom do I complain?

www.discountswebstore.com scammed me by asking for payment via Western Union. They acknowledged receipt but thereafter ignored all phone calls and emails and, of course, no TV has been received. Yet they remain
actively soliciting other sales. Who can stop them?

tell the local police station first, they probaly help you with who to tell...

The Federal Trade Commission and the FBI should have jurisdiction. Get the word out!: tell your local TV station about it.
