No offense, but that is a pretty bad score. 800 is full score and I think the average is always in the 500's. Your essay score of 6 means that two people each gave you the score of 3, which is right between really bad and really good.
If you're the kind of person who answers every single question even if you don't know the answer, don't, because guessing is penalized and you'll get a worse score.
Try to aim for a higher score next time, maybe in the 600's?

17% means you did better than 17% of the seniors who took the SAT last year. I think the average SAT score for each section is around 500.

OK, not to be rude, but my assumption is that because you cannot comprehend your score, it won't matter. If you can't read and comprehend your score, you wouldn't be qualified to do anything beyond average work. This is not meant to be offensive, it is just said to convey the point that you either need to diversify your thinking in an effort to pull up your IQ, or you will not be intelligent enough to do any jobs above entry level.
